What data we process

• Contact details: name, email and phone number.
• Trip details: pick-up and destination addresses, dates and times, flight, train or ship number, number of passengers, luggage, extras (child seats, pets…) and comments.
• Communications you have with us.

We do not ask for personal data about children: only how many are travelling and which seats they need.

Why we use it and legal basis

• Managing your booking and providing the service (confirmation, driver assignment, "your driver is on the way" notifications and tracking): performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Answering your questions and complaints: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
• Complying with legal obligations (tax and accounting): legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Preventing fraud and proving that the service was provided (for example, photos and the driver's location when a customer does not show up): legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to provide the service and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (generally up to 6 years for accounting and tax obligations). The GPS position history of our vehicles is deleted after 7 days. Photos of a no-show are kept for as long as they may be needed to handle a complaint.

Who we share it with

• The driver who performs your service, with the data strictly necessary to do so.
• Technical service providers under a data processing agreement: web hosting and email, and the Geoapify maps and address service (European Union), which only receives the text you type when searching for an address and the coordinates of the journey.
• Public authorities when required by law.

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Driver applications

If you send us an application through «Trabaja con nosotros», we use your data only to assess it and contact you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual steps at your request). We keep it for up to 12 months if we do not end up working together, and it is not shared with third parties.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email pendiente]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
