What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you give us when booking and adjust the pick-up to the actual landing time, free of charge. If the delay is very long and the flight lands close to midnight, we may not have a driver available: in that case we will let you know and cancel the booking at no cost to you (if you had already paid, we refund you).
How do I pay?
Usually you pay the driver on the day, in cash or by card. Night-time bookings and bookings with a pick-up outside the Valencia area are paid online by card when booking. The price is fixed: it is the same one you see when booking.
