Where will the driver wait for me at the airport?
In the arrivals area, at the baggage reclaim exit, with a sign showing your name.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you give us when booking and adjust the pick-up to the actual landing time, free of charge.
How do I pay?
You can pay the driver on the day, in cash or by card. The price is fixed: it is the same one you see when booking.
Do you have child seats?
Yes: infant carriers, child seats and booster seats. By law, children under 1.35 m must use them; request them when booking.
Can I cancel?
